Risk! The World Conquest Game. The Greatest Board Game of all Time ... probably.

I will refrain from adding tables of time spent playing Risk as I know that if I added it all up it would come to a sadly big number. Roberto Convenevole has written an informative tome
on the history and development of Risk!. The book includes a history of the
game and its development, comparisons of versions, probabilities,
rules for 'Blind Risk' an advanced mission risk style of game with
objectives and a limited set of forces, and a pull out showing the board
development over the years.
And to make it all the more interesting, its in Italian. For links to purchase the book click

I am often being asked whether there is a internet/network version of risk available for the PC..
| There is/was a a network/internet playable version of Risk
for the PC. It used to be available from the Hasbro website but now this
link is no more :(
