Risk Moves

I believe that like chess, Risk should have its own moves documented and discussed so that young people will not have to suffer pathetic Yorkshiremen complaining that the dice are loaded.

Here are many many moves I have seen developed or had e-mailed to me from all four corners of the globe. Feel free to mail me if you know of any others.
